We work with only the best shipping providers to ensure swift and secure delivery of your order. Free
Free delivery is available for everyone! All you need to do is ensure that your order value is higher than the specified amount to qualify for Free Delivery, and then select 'Free Delivery' as an option at the checkout. If you have availed of free shipping on your order, please allow up to 10 days for delivery of your parcel. Unless specified at the checkout, Free Delivery will be a standard, untracked service, but if you need your order sooner, you can upgrade your delivery method at the checkout to Standard, Express or Next Day for much faster shipping.

Customs and Import Duties
Depending on where your order is being shipped to, your BogBay.com parcel may be subject to Customs and Import Duties. Unfortunately, we're unable to predict what these charges will be and these fees are not included in your BogBay.com order total. If charges should apply to your order, you will be contacted directly from the Customs office with details.
Delivery Delays
BogBay.com have chosen to work with only the best shipping providers and it is our combined aim to achieve on time delivery for all orders. Once your parcel is dispatched from BogBay.com, the responsibility of the on time delivery of your order is transferred to the shipping provider as this is outside of our control. We currently hold a +99% on time delivery rate and we always monitor the performance of our carriers closely to ensure the best possible service for our customers. Additional Information
When your order is dispatched from BogBay.com, you will receive an email to notify you that it has been passed to the selected carrier. From this point in time, your delivery timeframes will commence. We may dispatch your order from multiple warehouses and sometimes it may arrive in more than one package. This will not result in additional delivery charges for you, and you will be sent a dispatch notification email for each package. We'll always keep you informed if we encounter any exceptional delays in dispatching your order.
If your order is being shipped via an express or tracked shipping service, we'll include your tracking number in our dispatch notification email to you. Deliveries are unable to be made on Sundays or public holidays. All delivery estimations are approximate and can be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, but we will be happy to help you resolve any unexpected carrier delays.
Shipping Restrictions
We're sorry! Due to shipping restrictions, we're unable to ship oils, aerosols, air bags, creams, wax, alcohol and liquids outside of the UK and Ireland.
