We like to keep things simple so that every purchase you make with BogBay.com is completely risk free. If you're not satisfied with an item that you have purchased and the item is unused, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. All you need to do is contact us before you return your goods and we will guide you through the process to make everything as quick and easy as possible.
Making A Return
Please contact BogBay.com by emailing info@micksgarage.com or by calling +353(1) 4406603 and we'll issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number. From here, we'll guide you through the returns process to make it as fast and as easy as possible.
To ensure a full refund, the item to be returned needs to be unused, and must have its original packaging undamaged and intact.
Sending A Return
To return your order within 30 days of purchase, the item(s) must be unused, in its original condition and packaging with all materials, manuals and accessories intact. Pack up your item(s) protectively and write your Returns Number clearly on the outside of the package.

Refund and Reimbursement
Once we receive your item, we'll get to work on processing your return as fast as possible. If your return meets the requirements outlined above, we'll process a refund for the item(s) back to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
